Eligibility

Must be a New Jersey resident who adopted a pet from an eligible licensed NJ shelter, including municipal, county, or regional pounds; NJ holding or impoundment facilities that contract with NJ municipalities; or a non-profit NJ animal adoption referral agency, and have licensed your dog in your municipality (note that licensing for cats is not required).
