To register have the following information: name, address, home telephone number, date of birth, emergency contact person with telephone number, mobility devices used, total family income, total number of residents in household. Need to request a ride at least one week in advance.

Program is for residents who require transportation to maintain their health, improve their financial status, utilize various public and private programs and services (medical, therapeutic, recreational) and access other community resources.
