Eligibility
Individuals with special needs including individuals with mental illness and veterans with disabilities. Tenants must be low income to qualify. Some locations may require criminal background checks. Tenants must sign and adhere to a Lease Agreement consistent with NJ Fair Housing Act.

Fees
Based on housing obtained at the time 30% to 40% percent of the housing facility is paid by the consumer.

Rental options encompass individual units and shared apartments or residences across northern New Jersey, ensuring each resident has a private bedroom and compatible roommates.
