Application process

Residents are referred by the State Division of Child Protection & Permanency (DCP&P), MonmouthCares, the care management organization (CMO) in Monmouth County, other CMOs, or other private sources.

Fees

Services for residents are paid through the state Department of Children and Families.

Runs a transitional living program for young women, ages 18 through 22, who are aging out of the foster care system, homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. Each resident is expected to work and/or continue her education, while also receiving individual instruction in life skills, computers, money management, and employment from our professional staff.
