Eligibility
Individuals, ages 60 and older. Additional criteria includes:
- Being financially ineligible for Medicaid or Medicaid waiver services;
- Having a countable monthly income that is no more than 365% of the Federal Poverty Level; and
- Having countable resources at or below $40,000 for an individual or $60,000 for a couple
