Provides comprehensive victim and witness advocacy services for individuals affected by crime. Trained advocates offer information about the criminal and juvenile justice processes, case status updates, crisis intervention, and courtroom accompaniment. The program assists with completing victim impact statements, accessing compensation and restitution, arranging transportation, childcare, and interpretation services, and securing counseling and community referrals to support safety, participation, and recovery throughout the legal process

Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office
Serves as the chief law enforcement agency for Monmouth County by investigating and prosecuting indictable criminal offenses. The office oversees countywide law enforcement initiatives, provides legal guidance and support to local police departments, and coordinates specialized units addressing areas such as major crimes, domestic violence, firearms enforcement, cybercrime, and vehicular homicide and Victim and Witness Advocacy Services.
