Application process
Call or visit to access services. A referral required for anyone who needs to pay on sliding scale.
Fees
Private pay and a sliding scale are available if the applicant is income eligible. No insurance or prescriptions are accepted. Delivery options are available for $50, $100, or more based upon delivery distance.
