Eligibility
Open to adults age 18 and older with documented alcohol or drug dependency who meet ASAM criteria and have completed detoxification, generally without mood-altering medications for at least seven days in the service area
Required documents
Complete the referral packet, and clinical information for assessment and placement, including addiction, diagnostic, and psychosocial assessments, ASAM criteria, NJSAMS information, medical clearance, and TB testing.
