Provides housing counseling services that support homeowners and renters experiencing financial hardship through foreclosure prevention, rental counseling, and guidance on housing stability and tenant rights. Offers free one-on-one counseling for first-time homebuyers, including access to affordable mortgage products. Qualified buyers may also receive downpayment and closing cost assistance. NJCA is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency.
