Open to adults age 18 and older. Applicants must have a high school diploma/GED or TABE proficiency score. In addition, all applicants must complete a background check, a physical exam, and be able to provide references.

Provides job training and placement in the food service industry for adults interested in attaining careers in the culinary profession.
The six-month course provides fundamental cookery skills appropriate to basic positions in professional food preparation, includes introduction to culinary arts/breakfast cookery, buffet prep/short order, garde Manger/Pantry, introduction to baking and pastry arts.
