Eligibility

Open to adults, ages 21 and older, with a developmental disability, who meet the following criteria:
  • Reside in Bergen or Passaic County
  • Are not in need of 24 hour supervision
  • Are able to meet community living expenses

Provides case management and training services are available to support individuals with disabilities, ages 21 and older, who live independently in their own homes. The program assists clients with:
  • Meal preparation
  • Money management
  • Vocational issues
  • Skills training
  • Accessing community resources
Informal counseling and recreational activities are also available to clients in the program. Client homes located throughout Bergen and Passaic counties.
