Eligibility
Open to families with children living in the service area.
Required documents
Photo ID of parent/legal guardian, proof of Cape May County residency, one proof of custody for each child (birth certificate, Social Security card, or legal custody documents), no exceptions will be made, originals only — no copies accepted.

Website is available 24 hours a day. 7 days a week.
Application process
Application and distribution will take place December 13–19, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The location is Urie's Waterfront Restaurant in Wildwood, NJ.
