Open to individuals who:

• Meet the HUD definition of 'literal homelessness';
• Reside in a hotel/motel paid for by a 3rd party, a shelter program, or other location otherwise unsuitable for human habitation;
• Demonstrate an ability to sustain rent payments without assistance upon completion of grant term.
