Eligibility
Open to all children in Kindergarten through 8th grade who reside in the service area.
Required documents
Application/registration forms, birth certificate, emergency contact telephone number, immunization records, medical/dental records, parent/guardian consent, proof of address, proof of children's ages, proof of employment, proof of family size, proof of household income.

Mon – Fri 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm during the academic school year.
