Supports inmates returning home by addressing three critical needs, reconnecting with family, securing housing, and finding employment, within a safe, faith-based environment built on mutual trust. Volunteer mentors provide weekly faith-based guidance to participants in jails, halfway houses, assessment centers, and state prisons.
