Assists individuals living with a physical disability, intellectual disability, or chronic medical/mental conditions in finding employment through a customized program. Provides a centralized source of job openings, matches applicant skills to job opportunities, offers support services during placement, and provides follow-up assistance after employment. Additionally, educates applicants on the job search process and offers programs to assess their employability.
