Offers services to assist seniors facing health and/or economic problems include: Care Management providing assistance and advocacy to help seniors have the healthcare, housing and services they need. "Friendly Visitors," which deploys staff to visit seniors in their homes who would otherwise be socially isolated. "Telephone Reassurance" though daily phone calls to ensure the safety and well-being of seniors living alone.
