Provides a day program for individuals with mental health and co-occurring mental health/addiction needs. Services include: tailored and individualized treatments, case management, coordination with medical providers, cognitive-behavioral therapy, coping/social/relationship skills, medication management, mindfulness, mental health education, spirituality groups, surviving trauma, and peer support. Services are provided as outpatient care.
