Provides a day program for clients aged 18 and above with mental health and co-occurring mental health/addiction needs. The Adult Acute Partial Hospital Program tailors individualized treatments, encompassing case management, coordination with medical providers, cognitive-behavioral therapy, coping/social/relationship skills, medication management, mindfulness, mental health education, spirituality groups, surviving trauma, and peer support. Not an inpatient program, it's suitable for clients in crisis awaiting inpatient admission, those needing stability/support, and those transitioning from hospital to outpatient services.
