Application process
Call for information and/or screening. There is an evaluation process to determine those most in need of these meals.
Screen for Community Services (SCS) is an automated tool that prescreens consumers for home and community based services. The automated system is built use the information given to automatically calculate a level of service needed. SCS can be conducted by telephone or in person.

Provides home delivered meals to homebound senior citizens that are not capable of going to a nutrition site for a meal. Weekend Meals are delivered to homebound senior citizens on weekends and holidays. Saturday's meal is a hot meal and Sunday's meal is a precooked frozen meal that the participant must reheat
