Eligibility
Eligible when person is united states citizen or qualified alien, is a resident of New Jersey, is 60 years of age or older, resides within the community (not in a facility), has been determined to require nursing facility level of care.
Meets financial eligibility is having a monthly income that is not greater than 365% of the Federal poverty level ($4,581 for an individual; $6,217 for a married couple in 2024). Having countable assets total $40,000 or less for an individual or $60,000 or less for a couple.
