Open to 1st time DUI/DWI offenders in the service area.
Required documents
Photo ID (driver’s license, passport/visa, work/school ID), completion verification if you are currently attending an alcohol/drug treatment program or have recently completed a treatment program, and the class fee.

$264 class fee payable via money order to Middlesex County Treasurer only.
Service area
Middlesex County, NJ

Provides a two-day, 12-hour educational/screening services for individuals convicted of various statutes pertaining to operating under the influence, refusal of the breathalyzer, underage drinking, drunk boating, and fatal emergent accident. Based upon screening criteria, individuals may be referred to a substance use treatment agency for further evaluation.
