Provides independent living services that help individuals with disabilities achieve self-sufficiency, participate in community life, and overcome barriers through information and referral, peer counseling, advocacy, skills training, youth transition support, and connections to housing, employment training, and assistive technology resources.

Empowers individuals with disabilities to take charge of their lives, to raise a family and participate fully in all educational, vocational, governmental and social activities in our society and their community. The disabled community is made aware that CCILC is "their" center and that we will advocate and work with them to provide the programs and services needed in developing their abilities to lead purposeful lives.
