Offers a variety of re-entry services for previously incarcerated individuals. Services include, but are not limited to: employment readiness, skills training, job preparation, art therapy, group counseling, and transition services.

Transition Professionals
Assists inmates with returning to their community post-incarceration. Also addresses the needs of recently released inmates, and assures their transition back to a community is successful. Programs include assessments, referrals to other agencies, counseling, group sessions, job skill training and employment readiness.
