Targets families, caregivers and relatives of people in Salem County who have mental illness, with special emphasis on families in crisis. Among the services to be offered in homes, in the community or on-site are: Support, education, explanation, strategies, and information, Family groups, Individual and/or family sessions, Respite care, Referral services/linkages, Psycho-educational programs, Intensive in-home services.

Offers the following Programs: Psychiatric and Mental Health Services, Individual, group and family counseling on a broad range of issues, Psychiatric Crisis Intervention, 24 hour emergency evaluation for the county, crisis stabilization, provided through the school system, Workshops for families of the mentally ill, individual and group counseling.
