Open to youth between the ages of 18 and 21 who are homeless or at risk. Consumer's must be screened through the Atlantic City Crisis Center first to be found eligible for the program.

Offers a transitional living facility for homeless and at-risk youth who have shown the maturity to maintain apartment-style living with a little less supervision. The goal of ROP is to ease the transition from homelessness to independence, setting them up for success - and breaking the cycle of homelessness - when they move out on their own.
