Eligibility
Individuals, ages 18 and older, must demonstrate:
- Impaired functioning in personal self-care, interpersonal relationships, work or school, community living, or ability to obtain housing;
- Documented clinical evidence to justify necessity for partial care services;
- A need for psychiatric rehabilitation and active treatment of 2 - 25 hours a week;
- A diagnosis of Schizophrenia or other psychotic/schizoaffective disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Delusional Disorder, or other affective disorders;
- A necessity for acute services or a Global Assessment of Functioning Scale score of 11 - 70;

Provides a full day program for individuals with a serious and persistent mental health diagnosis. The program is held in an outpatient setting and services include: activity-oriented therapies, cognitive behavioral therapies, and a structured program specializing in individual and group interventions.
