Family Support Program | Brain Injury Alliance New Jersey (BIANJ)

Eligibility

Open to New Jersey residents who have an individuals with a brain injury living at home, or expected to return home in the near future. The onset of the individual's injury must be prior to the age of 22. In addition, all applicants must be eligible for supportive services through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Priority selection given to:
  • Families who are in crisis situations
  • Families who have more than one member with a disability
  • Families who are not receiving any support services
  • Families who are considering out of home placement
  • Families who are planning to bring an individual with a brain injury home
  • Other special circumstances
