Eligibility
Youth aged 8-21 in trouble, at-risk, emotionally disturbed and traumatized who experience a range of emotional and behavioral problems as well as mental health issues. Most children are referred by NJ governmental services.
Required documents
Photo ID, insurance or Medicaid information, referral from provider agency, psychiatric medical evaluation, clinical assessments, guardianship or custody documentation for minors.
