Eligibility

County residents who:
  • Are NOT receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), General Assistance (GA), or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Have not received any of the above benefits for more than 4 consecutive months within the last calendar year
  • Have a household income, including employment, unemployment benefits, social security, or pension
  • Are at imminent risk of homelessness due to short-term issues

Required documents

Current utility bills, eviction notice, ID, proof of family size, proof of household income, utility disconnection notice.
