Application process
Call to self-refer, or to make a referral. Some basic information will be taken over the phone, and an intake appointment will then be arranged at the office or other location. Proof of income is required to qualify for free counseling services.

Provides a variety of free services to individuals with HIV/AIDS, including HIV case management, individual and group counseling, a weekly dinner/support group, and opioid abuse treatment. Those enrolled in the case management program may access emergency financial assistance for needs such as utility shut-off, lack of food, or lack of medication.
