Offers a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place providing support, information, and services. Core offerings include access to child, maternal, and family health services, linkage to publicly-funded health insurance programs, employment-related services, job readiness training, information and referral services, life skills training, housing assistance, parent education, advocacy, and parent-child activities. Also offers diaper and food distribution.
