Honorably discharged war-zone returnees and their dependents. Veterans who are victims of military sexual trauma, regardless of their war-zone status, are also eligible for services.

Provides counseling and therapy services for war-zone returnees and their dependents. In additionally also provides advice and information regarding veterans' benefits and aid in filing claims. Counseling specialties include post-traumatic stress disorder, readjustment counseling, bereavement counseling, alcohol and drug counseling, sexual trauma counseling, marriage and family counseling.
