Income is limited to low‑income households, at or below 60 percent of Area Median Income (AMI), with some units designated for lower income tiers depending on funding source and availability. Must be primary Residence and requires U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status.

Offers one‑bedroom apartments with accessible features, controlled building access, on‑site laundry, fitness room, computer lab, community room, professional property management, and 24‑hour emergency maintenance. Includes ADA‑compliant common areas and a limited number of fully accessible units for people with disabilities.
