Assists individuals residing in Salem County, ages 14 and older, with disabilities hindering employment. Offers vocational evaluation, training, extended employment, job placement, and follow-up. Aims for self-sufficiency, providing wages during training. The Mobile Crew program offers janitorial and landscaping training with paid work experiences.
