Must be pregnant or have a newborn no older than 3 months of age. If family is receiving TANF or Emergency Assistance, the family may enroll up until the child is 12 months of age.

An early childhood home visitation program designed to promote the health and well-being of pregnant women, parents/families and their infants and young children. This is done through weekly home visits with a Family Support Specialist.
