Eligibility
Individuals must meet at least 2 of the following criteria:
- Elderly (60+)
- Identify as having a disability/Receive SSDI or SSI (Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income)
- Identify as having an autoimmune deficiency (HIV, Lupus, or some other autoimmune disease)
- Experience homelessness or housing insecurity
- Experience food insecurity
- Experience financial insecurity
