Eligibility
Individuals must meet at least 2 of the following criteria:
  • Elderly (60+)
  • Identify as having a disability/Receive SSDI or SSI (Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income)
  • Identify as having an autoimmune deficiency (HIV, Lupus, or some other autoimmune disease)
  • Experience homelessness or housing insecurity
  • Experience food insecurity
  • Experience financial insecurity
