Available to individuals who are the primary caregiver for an elderly/disabled person over the age of 18, caught between the responsibilities at work and home, and/or are feeling tired or have too little time to get things done.

Application process
Applicants must fill out initial an application form. A home assessment is also required. A waiting list may be in effect. Call for more information
