Eligibility
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Be a New Jersey resident 30 days prior to application
  • Have an annual income that does not exceed 500 percent of the federal poverty level
  • Have a letter of necessity from a primary care physician
  • Sign a consent form
If the applicant has other insurance (Medicaid, PAAD), this program does not cover cost unless the benefits have run out.

 Provides free life-sustaining and life-prolonging medications to low income individuals with AIDS or HIV who have no other source of payment for these drugs. There are income guidelines.
