Eligibility
Open to students in the service area who are legally blind that are either:
- currently in high school and will be incoming college freshmen, OR
- already attending or planning to attend graduate school (Master’s degree, PhD, MD, JD, or other post-baccalaureate degree)

Provides legally blind high school students in the United States the opportunity to earn a scholarship, based upon strong academic accomplishments and merit. A single scholarship is also awarded to a current or prospective graduate student who is legally blind.

Dedicates to addressing and preventing vision loss. Lighthouse Guild addresses and prevents vision loss by coordinating care for eye health, vision rehabilitation, behavioral health and related services.
