Application process
Call for information and/or screening. Screen for Community Services (SCS) is an automated tool that prescreens consumers for home and community based services. The automated system is built use the information given to automatically calculate a level of service needed. SCS can be conducted by telephone or in person.

Offers transportation services to Salem County residents aged 60 and above or disabled individuals under 60, facilitating access to medical appointments, social services, congregate nutrition sites, and shopping trips. Operated under the Senior and Disabled Resident Transportation Assistance Act, this service covers all fifteen municipalities in Salem County and includes an Assisted Transportation program for individuals requiring additional support while using the Specialized Transportation System.
