Available for proposed project that satisfy the following criteria:
- Principally benefit low-moderate income individuals
- Create affordable housing units for special needs population
- Acquisition and/or new construction and/or rehabilitation of affordable housing units for low-moderate income individuals/families
Required documents
Application, proof of income, mortgage pre-approval, HUD pre-purchase counseling certificate, contract of sale, completed city applicationa nd backup documentation, Photo ID, birth certificates for anyone under 18, social security card, copy of lease agreement
