Application process
An intake worker will inform the client to the availability of all requested equipment.. An application form must be filled out in order to obtain services. All borrowed equipment must be picked up at the main office by the client.

None. Donations are welcome.

Offers a lending closet for medical appliances temporarily to residents aged 60 and older who cannot afford them. Equipment includes transport chairs, wheelchairs, shower seats, walkers, commodes, canes, and limited adult diapers and bed pads. Items are donated and subject to availability, provided at no cost to clients or their healthcare providers.
