Homeownership Program | Better Community Housing of Trenton (BCHT)

Eligibility

Open to low income families of 3 or more in the service area, whose income falls below 50% of the Area Median Income. Applicants must do sweat equity, give 100 hours towards rehabilitating the home, and take classes on finances and home ownership. Once they move in, new homeowners must donate one day a month for the life of their mortgage.
