Application process
Call for scheduling information and rates. Transportation must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Fees
Service accepts private pay only. Medicaid/Medicare will not be billed. Rates to be determined by mileage, distance, and area of service.

Provides transportation for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Transportation is provided for visits, doctor appointments, recreational facilities, social functions, and day cares. Vehicles are available both for ambulatory and wheelchair-bound individuals.
