Works to effectively end veteran homelessness by enhancing existing systems, creating rapid access to housing, and ensuring homelessness becomes rare, brief, and non-recurring. Veterans can reach out directly through self-referral and street outreach teams.

Offers employment, training, and related educational services to veterans in the community, while providing social and human services counseling and referrals to under-served veterans experiencing barriers in re-integrating into civilian life.  Administer of 3 Homeless Veterans Grants: SSVF - Supportive Services to Veteran Families (US Department of Veterans Affairs), BVH - Bringing Veterans Home (NJ State Department of Community Affairs), and HVRP - Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (US Department of Labor).
