Fees
For applicants 16 and older: Pay $209.53 to the U.S. Department of State, plus an additional $35 ($50 with photo) to the Morris County Clerk.
For children 15 and under: Pay $179.53 to the U.S. Department of State, plus $35 ($50 with photo) to the Morris County Clerk.
