Eligibility

Open to developmentally disabled individuals, ages 21 and older. Applicants must be eligible for services from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and be eligible for Medicaid. Call for further eligibility criteria.

Application process

Applicants must be referred to the organization by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Referrals must be submitted by the individual's assigned Support Coordinator.

Description

Provides a community-based activities at a 1:6 Ratio, promoting community inclusion and interaction. Activities include visiting museums, libraries, and local stores, as well as recreational outings like YMCA visits, bowling, and movies. Seasonal activities like fishing and apple picking are also offered, alongside daily walks when weather permits.
