Provides a culturally sensitive environment for senior citizens, including one-on-one assistance with accessing Medicare, Medicaid, and other public and private benefit programs. Information and referral services are provided by staff on resources such as medical services, transportation, senior services, friendly visiting, educational classes, health promotion, telephone reassurance, meals, recreation, translation and interpretation, emergency food, escort assistance, health screenings, energy assistance and programming.
