Social Services | Elizabethport Presbyterian Center (EPORT)

Provides supportive services, counseling, home visits, referrals to other agencies, and information on community programs for families. A full-time social worker assists clients with family-related issues and can provide intensive services, as needed. Emphasis is on building on the strengths of families to promote self-efficiency, ability to cope with daily problems and mobility.
